OHS Band Weekly Updates 10/17/16

Hello everyone,

Here are the announcements for this week.

Nice Job!

Nice job at our last home football game performance of the season! It is a very bittersweet moment for all of us. We appreciate and thank all of the seniors for their hard work over the past four years!

We would like to take a moment to thank Lisa Althoff, Scott Stone, and Kelley Stone for helping as pit crew this entire season. We’d also like to thank Mike and Tami Brown who helped at the Metamora competition. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Fundraiser Delivery

All fundraiser orders can be picked up Tuesday, October 18 between 3:30 pm and 8:30 pm. We ask that everyone arrange to have everything picked up that day as we do not have refrigerated storage for any items that are left over night.

Game Tape

We will have our end of the year celebration during our Game Tape session at a special time (5:30 PM). We will watch the past four years’ of performances from ISU. We have all but Spectacle from two years ago. If you have the DVD, bring it in tomorrow.

Dress Up Contest

Tomorrow night is our last night for the dress up contest. It is costume night (school/dress code appropriate). Guard and Saxophones are tied for first place. Low Brass is in a close 2nd followed by Percussion in 3rd. Who’s going to win the opportunity to pie Brittany and/or Warren?
